The Partners

Tom Hiebert has been on the leading edge of Winnipeg's information technology industry for three decades. Tom is well known in the industry and is respected in both the private and public sector. Tom has held executive roles with SHL Systemhouse, INSI Integrated Systems and now Kesitah Systems.

Rob Young is a market focused senior executive with extensive experience in sales and line management of multiple manufacturing and services businesses. He has experience in Canada and the U.S. with full P&L responsibility across a number of businesses up to $600M in revenue. Rob has held senior executive positions with Western Concord (CEO), Transcontinental Direct (President) and Cenveo (Executive Vice President).

Gary Laspa is a results-oriented consultant with solid information technology experience, who has been helping clients find solutions to business and technology problems for over 25 years. Gary has significant depth in Application Development Methodology, and has provided consultation, training and methodology deployment services to clients and employers. Gary has held senior roles in several Winnipeg IT consulting firms including SHL Systemhouse, INSI Integrated Systems, EDS Canada and now as Founding Partner at Kesitah Systems.

Ideasphere - Chuck Papageorgiou is the Founder and Managing Partner of Ideasphere specializing in the high-tech, logistics, and financial services segments. He brings his global experience in technology and operations, both as a consultant and an executive, to actively assist senior executives of client companies with strategic, operational, and technology leadership challenges, corporate development and growth strategies, international expansion plans, and overall management aspects of their organizations. Database Business Transformation

Mr. Young managed the transformation of a traditional database services business into a data driven marketing collateral and fulfillment provider. The business had been eclipsed by more industry-focused competitors and need to reinvent itself. By scaling back and outsourcing fixed cost, and combining the business with a new service delivery model, he re-positioned the unit to provide replicable, product based delivery platforms to vertical markets including pharmaceutical, travel and insurance.

Enterprise Customer Workout

As a result of an acquisition, in which an internal department of the customer was acquired, this same significant enterprise customer was dissatisfied with the transition of the department to a service oriented stand-alone business. Mr. Young was responsible for the transition of the customer relationship from its contentious state to one where collaborative progress was achieved across numerous projects. This was achieved with intensive customer service and integration training, as well as the establishment of success metrics and consistent measurement and feedback mechanisms. The customer went on to sign a contract extension valued at over $100 million.

Management Information Assessment

Mr. Laspa was the Lead Consultant on a project to resolve the issues related to information distribution and availability among the Executive of a national telecommunication firm. Mr. Laspa worked with the Executive team of the organization to evaluate business problems and provide project recommendations to address the Management Information issues identified, including identification and solution of key system architecture issues. He then led the team to complete the Analysis of the first project selected for implementation.
